Job Summary

Cooking food according to the division of time and the guidance of the competent authority in order to prepare food for the bank employees.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Observance and regulation of hygiene and health issues during cooking.
2. Ensuring the quantity and quality of feed raw materials.
3. Healthy guidance for students and colleagues in the kitchen.
4. Taking care of the correct use of kitchen appliances.
5. Participating in the inspections of raw materials during purchase from the market with purchase committees.
6. Cook a special order that is sometimes assigned to him.
7. Observing the cleanliness of cooking utensils, preparing food, workplace in order to observe hygiene and prevent the occurrence of diseases.
8. Cook food according to the menu provided by the responsible manager.
9. Order to prepare raw materials and necessary equipment on time in order to avoid delay in cooking food.
10. Maintaining and maintaining work tools in clean and protected places in order to prevent them from being contaminated with germs and impurities.
11. Healthy guidance of service staff under the influence of maintaining order, cleanliness and regular and timely food service for employees.
12. Ensuring the quantity and quality of raw materials for cooking and fair distribution of food at the right time for the consumers.
13. Taking care of the technical devices and equipment of the relevant department in order to prevent their destruction and loss.
14. Performing other tasks related to the task according to the rules and regulations of the bank administration.

Job Requirements

• Having a certificate of graduation from educational, technical and vocational centers.
• Having a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Skill in cooking various foods.
• Ability to speak and write one of the official languages ​​of Afghanistan, Dari or Pashto.
